A leadership summit and recognition for the leaders and enterprises that transformed their industries across India, the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Barcelona’s identity rests on structures that were considered impossible until someone built them. The Summit asks the same question of business: what is the structure underneath a transformation that lasts?
World and regional titles across India, the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and the Americas, in six categories — with a television honours special, honouree films and editorial profiles.
Every organisation is now in transformation. Very few leaders build one that holds, and very few enterprises come out of it stronger.
On 18 March 2027, GCEIP brings those leaders and enterprises together in Barcelona. From Mumbai boardrooms to Gulf national champions, from Colombo and Dhaka to Frankfurt and São Paulo, the Summit recognises the people who led transformation and the companies that carried it out: new business models, capital redirected, AI adopted at scale, and workforces brought through change.
The theme, The Architecture of Transformation, borrows from the host city. Barcelona’s identity rests on structures that were considered impossible until someone built them. The Summit asks the same question of business: what is the structure underneath a transformation that lasts?
Why Barcelona
Barcelona comes into 2027 from its year as UNESCO-UIA World Capital of Architecture, a fitting home for a summit about how transformation is built. It is nonstop from Dubai, Doha and New York, and one stop from every major Indian city. Espai Inmersa is a converted industrial hall of more than 3,000 m² in Poblenou’s 22@ innovation district, created for immersive, technology-led experiences. Its walls become a 360-degree canvas, so each honoured leader’s and enterprise’s story surrounds the room.
