How we research, verify, label and correct what we publish, and how we label independent editorial, honouree profiles and partner content.
The editorial desk
Stories on this site are written and published by the GCEIP editorial desk, credited as the GCEIP Editorial Desk. The desk is responsible for research, verification, labelling and corrections. Contact it at ceo@gceip.com.
Independence and labelling
Stories are labelled as independent editorial, honouree profile, or partner content. A story about a recognised leader or enterprise explains the story behind the recognition and is labelled as such.
Research and verification
Profiles are compiled from public sources and, where possible, interviews. Facts are confirmed with the subject before a profile is expanded. Subjects may request corrections at any time.
Labelling
Editorial and sponsored content are labelled as such. Sponsored features never appear in Profiles, in Cover Stories, or on honoree pages.
Corrections
Corrections are made promptly and noted on the page. Requests go to ceo@gceip.com or through the contact form.
Photographs and video
Event photography and video are published with the consent of those pictured where they are identifiable. Anyone may ask for an image to be removed.
Data
Nomination, entry and newsletter data are handled as described in the privacy notice.
