Who you are paying
Payments are made to Gaps Inc, operating as GCEIP, the Global Centre for Enterprise, Innovation and Prosperity. The name on every invoice or payment request is Gaps Inc.
When a payment is requested
GCEIP asks for payment only for services agreed in writing, such as event participation, attendance, partnership or editorial and promotional services. Nothing is charged until you have received and accepted a written quotation, invoice or agreement that states what the payment covers, the amount, the currency and the due date.
Recognition and selection
Recognition is subject to GCEIP’s eligibility, review and selection standards.
How to pay
Payment instructions are given on the invoice or in the written agreement. Please pay only to the account details shown there, and use the invoice reference so we can match your payment. If you receive payment details from any other source, or details that differ from your invoice, do not pay; check them with us first at ceo@gceip.com.
Currency, taxes and fees
Amounts are shown in the currency stated on the invoice. Unless the invoice says otherwise, amounts exclude applicable taxes, which are added where they apply. Any bank or transfer charges are the payer’s responsibility, so that the full invoiced amount reaches us.
Receipts
We issue a receipt or confirmation once a payment has been received and matched to its invoice.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written agreement or invoice for each service. If an event or service we have agreed to provide is cancelled by GCEIP, we will tell you, and we will refund or credit any amount paid for it, as agreed with you in writing.
Questions and disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, write to ceo@gceip.com with the invoice reference. We will review it and reply in writing.
