1. Nomination checklist

  1. Choose the track. Transformational Leaders if a person led the transformation; Transformational Enterprises if it belongs to a company or brand; or nominate both.
  2. Choose the edition. Dubai (19 November 2026), Barcelona (April 2027), London (September 2027), or Any edition.
  3. Check eligibility. The transformation should sit within the last 24 to 36 months and be possible to evidence. Read the Recognition Standards for the edition.
  4. Name the nominee. Full name, designation, email and LinkedIn profile for a leader. Organisation name, website, country and industry for an enterprise.
  5. Define the field of transformation. Business model, AI and digital, sustainability and energy transition, people and culture, global growth, or societal impact.
  6. Write what changed. Say what the organisation did differently, in plain terms, in a few short paragraphs.
  7. Add results that show it. Figures with a period and a source: revenue, customers, jobs, emissions, reach. State the baseline.
  8. Add supporting links. Annual reports, press coverage, filings, certifications, product pages. Public sources are easiest to verify.
  9. Confirm integrity. No unresolved regulatory action, material litigation or governance failure that the nominee would not want reviewed.
  10. Submit the form. Use the 2027 form at gceip.com/nominate-2027 and confirm the information is accurate.

2. Evidence template

Copy these headings and complete each. Short, dated and sourced answers read best.

The transformation in one sentence
Example format: “Between [year] and [year], [organisation] moved from [starting point] to [end point] by [what it did].”
Starting point (baseline)
Where the organisation stood at the start: size, performance, position. Include the date and source.
What changed
The decisions and actions. Name the programmes, products, investments or restructuring. Keep each to one or two sentences.
Results, with period and source
Metric | Before | After | Period | Source. Include at least three, and prefer figures that a third party can check.
People affected
Employees, customers, communities or partners, and what changed for them.
What held
Evidence that the change lasted: results across more than one period, retained customers, continuing programmes.
Third-party evidence
Links to reports, audits, certifications, awards or independent coverage.
Challenges and how they were handled
What was difficult, and what the organisation did about it.

3. From nomination to recognition

  1. Nomination. A leader, an enterprise or both is nominated through the 2027 form, by the nominee, a peer or an adviser acting on their behalf.
  2. Review. Each nomination is reviewed against the edition’s eligibility before it goes further.
  3. Integrity screening. Checks for regulatory action, material litigation, governance failures and adverse media.
  4. Scoring. Entries are scored on the published criteria, using the Transformational Leadership Index™ or the Transformational Enterprise Index™.
  5. Shortlist. The entries that go forward to the jury after review and screening.
  6. Jury. The jury reviews scores and evidence and confirms honourees. Jurors declare any conflict of interest and step back from the entry.
  7. Recognition. Honourees are recognised at the edition and recorded with the edition and year.
