What the record tells us
The TIME award recognized Bharat Forge as a manufacturer in 2017. The company’s current export and manufacturing footprint helps explain why its industrial role reaches beyond India, but those later business measures do not prove that the 2017 award caused its growth. Its defence work also deserves precise, product-level sourcing and separate treatment from civilian manufacturing.
